Jean Luc Colombo.PNG

Jean-Luc Colombo, Cotes du Rhone, France

This dry white blend is from Cotes du Rhone, France and is 80% Clairette and 20% Roussanne. Great floral aromas, a crisp and well-balanced wine with hints of stone fruit, citrus, and pear. Silky on the palate, it’s an elegant wine that offers plenty of bang for your buck.

Ghostrunner “Ungrafted,”  Lodi, California

This full-bodied red has bold flavors of black cherry, joined by a hint of pepper.  This is a dryer red, technically a blend, but is a lot of Cabernet with small amounts of Petite Syrah, Syrah, and Zinfandel.

One way we define value is a wine that drinks like it should cost at least five bucks more. This is one of those wines.

This summer-weight Cabernet Sauvignon captures bright cherry and currant flavors, wrapped in toasty oak and a hint of pipe tobacco.  Adding heritage varietal Petite Syrah increases concentration and complexity while creating a full-bodied and perfectly balanced wine. Great picnic or beach choice.
