This is a single vineyard blend of Cabernet, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Tannat, harvested from Finca Decero’s Remolinos Vineyard at 3500 ft in Mendoza. Different harvest parcels were cold-soaked and then fermented in small stainless tanks and transferred to 40 new oak French oak barrels for 18 months. This wine is well worth the money. The depth of flavor and richness with well-integrated tannins are fantastic.
