Javali Pet Nat.PNG

Quinta do Javali

Sparkling Pét Nat 2021

Douro, Portugal

More Info >

Pét-Nat is a junior version of the complicated Champagne process. Instead of blending different wines and putting them through a second round of fermentation and aging as in Champagne, pét-nat is bottled while still undergoing its first fermentation.

A bold aroma of red fruit and mineral notes. Fruity, slightly sparkling, low-alcohol wine with a fresh finish. A fun low-alcohol option.

Dr Lo Sparkline.PNG

Dr. Lo

Sparkling N/A Riesling

Portland, OR

More Info >

This alcohol-free Riesling is undoubtedly the best N/A wine that we have tasted. The wine delivers what you expect from a delicious Mosel Riesling – notes of jasmine, lemon citrus, and steely aromas combined with juicy acidity and palate. The Dr. Lo Sparkling Riesling adds light carbonization to give the wine its delightful spritz.

Santorini Assyrtiko.png

Assyrtiko 2021

Santorini, Greece

More Info >

Citrus floral aromas along with the characteristic dry, mineral Assyrtiko undertones.

Santorini's climate is dry. The soils are volcanic. This is a harsh environment, but it produces wines with good fruit concentration, minerality, and acidity. And it still lands at a competitive price for this region, where most have pushed their pricing to the $40-50 range.

Each year the Santo delivers on its promise with its succulent rocky tones, flavors of lemongrass, brined apples, dried apricot, and fresh-cut thyme. A perfect pairing with Mediterranean dishes but keep it simple with some grilled fish or roasted pork.

Great Values!

You are not going to believe how fantastic these gems are at an equally fantastic price point!

Andre Brunel Grenache.PNG

2020 Domaine Andre’ Brunel Grenache

2021 Ca' Maiol Lugana Maiolo, Veneto, Italy

This dry Italian white wine boasts an elegant bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, expect a delicate balance of zesty acidity and creamy texture, with notes of green apple and pear leading to a long and satisfying finish.

Lugana Maiol is made from Trebbiano grapes and takes its name from the Cascina Maiolo farm, founded in 1710.

Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon, Bardstown, KY, USA

This small batch bottling is created from selected whiskey between 8-12 years of age. This replaces the previous 12-Year version.

Craig is known for its charred barrel taste and flavors nicely balanced: honey, caramel, and oaky vanilla. Pleasant sweetness sets you up for a very slightly spicy finish. Bottled at 94 proof, so well-suited to mixed cocktails.

Penelope Bourbon Company
Four-Grain Blend
Indiana & Kentucky

Reviewers and drinkers love the complexity that comes with the four-grain whiskey mash bill that acts as a starting point for Penelope’s different whiskies. Penelope is still an upstart in the bourbon world — the original guys behind Penelope started in 2017, making its whiskies through three specific MGP mash bills.

While many distillers are suddenly chasing double oaked, Penelope is focusing on wine cask finishes and even ‘bespoke’ whiskey with its Architect series. Penelope bourbons are blended from three different MGP mash bills, each aged 4-5 years in new American oak barrels. Uncut and non-chill filtered.

Penelope Toasted.jpg

Penelope Toasted - Reserve Series

Aged: 5 years

Proof: 100  ALC: 50%

Penelope Toasted used its signature four-grain straight bourbon whiskey as the starting point here. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, it is finished in a new, freshly toasted barrel. Each batch is a unique blend of whiskies with different customer chars and toasts – making each batch unique. Penelope/MGP says that the barrels selected for this series are the best in their inventory and go through an intensive selection process.

The whiskey has prominent flavors throughout, with cherries and rye spice taking center stage, showing its intensively charred level #5 barrels burnt oak and its alcohol level.
